Privacy Zuzu's Place does not share information about it's customers with anyone.
Payment Zuzu's Place accepts money order, personal check (with time to clear), and cash (on pick-ups). We also accept paypal, major credit cards, and eChecks through paypal. You do not need to be a paypal member to pay with credit card through paypal. You will enter all information into the secure shopping cart payment page and it will be processed as it would through any other store. You will see Zuzu's Place, zuzusplace.com or orders@zuzusplace.com on your credit card statement. If you have any questions regarding charges, please feel free to contact us.
Shipping Packages from Zuzu's Place will be shipped the day payment is received under normal circumstances. If there is some reason we will be unable to ship your items right away we will notify you via e-mail. If paying by personal check or e-check your order will be held 7-10 days to allow the check to clear. All packages will include delivery confirmation or tracking (depending on selected shipping method). If you would like insurance please contact us to let us know (there will be an additional fee if insurance is selected for USPS).
Returns Our inventory changes daily and at this time we will not accept returns except at the owners discretion. If there is a problem with your order please contact us and we will try to resolve the matter in a way that is acceptable to everyone involved. |
